According to data from the Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA), 3,065 families have purchased homes through the First Home Plus Program.
These families bought properties valued at a total of 3.87 billion lei.
The average age of the beneficiaries is 32 years. Most—2,749 families—bought homes in cities, while 316 chose properties in villages across the Republic of Moldova.
The vast majority opted for apartments, with only 386 families purchasing houses.

In May 2025 alone, 295 beneficiaries received state guarantees worth 227.6 million lei through the program, enabling them to secure mortgage loans totaling 389.6 million lei.
The First Home Plus Program, launched officially in August 2024, aims to facilitate access to housing financing for Moldovan families.
