On September 8, RLIVE TV announced the launch of electoral debate programs dedicated to the September 28 parliamentary elections.
Journalist Ileana Pirgaru will moderate the debates in Romanian, while Lilia Buracovschi will moderate those in Russian. The programs will air Monday to Friday at 19:00.
Each edition will feature three representatives of electoral contenders, their delegates in electoral bodies, or trusted persons registered with the CEC.
According to the rules, the station will distribute airtime equally:
- 1 minute for the opening statement,
- 6 minutes to answer the moderator’s questions,
- 6 minutes to respond to opponents’ questions,
- 1 minute for the closing statement.
The moderators’ introductions and questions will not count toward the allocated time, and timing will be strictly enforced.

RLIVE TV will invite participants in writing, by name, at least three days before each program, following the order of their registration with the CEC. If a contender refuses or fails to attend, the station will announce their absence publicly but will not suspend the broadcast or redistribute their airtime.
The station allows guests to freely express their opinions but prohibits messages that threaten constitutional order or incite violence, hatred, discrimination, or separatism.
Through these debates, RLIVE TV aims to ensure a balanced, transparent platform where electoral contenders can present their programs and confront ideas directly.
