Chisinau International Airport remains in the ownership of the state. The Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) rejected the appeal filed by the concessionaire company.
The relevant decision was made on Wednesday, January 31.
“Taking into account the legality of the appealed opinion, as well as the groundlessness of the arguments presented by the lawyer Dimitri Lunga in the interests of KOMAKSAVIA AIRPORT INVEST LTD and AVIA INVEST LTD, the panel of the CSJ decided to reject the appeal and leave in force the opinion of the Chisinau Court of Appeal of September 27, 2023,” the document noted.
