The number of refugees from Ukraine who currently receive temporary protection in the territory of Chisinau municipality continues to grow. Deputy Mayor of the capital, Angela Cutasevich, said that the figure exceeds 34 thousand.
“As of September 23, 2024, the total number of beneficiaries of temporary protection in Chisinau reached 34,284, registering an increase of 662 people compared to September 16,” Angela Cutasevici informs.
According to the deputy mayor, out of the total number of beneficiaries of temporary protection settled in the capital, 8,150 are children aged between 0 and 17.
