The AC decision: the TV station “3,14 TV” remains without a broadcasting license

The Audiovisual Council (AC) has withdrawn the broadcasting license of the TV channel “3,14 TV.” Owner Elena Pahomova made the request.

“On October 13, 2024, the owner of the broadcasting license issued on October 1, 2021, requested that the Audiovisual Council (AC) withdraw the license in line with Article 27(a) of the Code of Audiovisual Media Services. This provision states that “the media service provider notifies the Audiovisual Council about the withdrawal of the broadcasting of the audiovisual media service.”

In its most recent Annual Activity Report, the media service provider identifies Elena Pahomova as the administrator and beneficial owner. The report states a declared share capital of 5,400 lei and shows zero income, expenses, and profit for both the reporting year (2023) and the previous year (2022), according to the statement issued by the AC.
