Due to a technical error, several people have been labeled “non-vulnerable” in their cabinet on compensations.gov.md. The problem appeared on Thursday, and citizens posted information on social networks.
As a result, Social Protection Minister Alexei Buzu had to provide explanations. According to him, the posted information does not represent the final decision on eligibility to receive compensation.
“Now the system has restored the personal cabinet, and this information is no longer displayed. I urge citizens to ignore this error. The compensation information will appear in the personal cabinet in the next few days,” the official said.

The 700,000 households have applied to the state for help during the cold season. Authorities will check the income information of families applying for compensation and process it through several filters before deciding whether to grant compensation, which ranges from 300 to 800 lei.
