The Ministry of Environment encourages businesses, environmental organizations, individuals, and start-ups that have achieved significant progress in reducing carbon emissions, adopting eco-friendly practices, and supporting the transition to a green economy to apply for the Green Award 2025. This competition celebrates those who actively promote sustainable economic practices and contribute to combating climate change.
The contest is organized by AmCham Moldova in partnership with the Future Technologies Activity (FTA), funded by USAID, Sweden, and UKaid. Applications can be submitted until January 31, 2025.

Key Dates:
- December 9, 2024: Contest launch.
- January 31, 2025: Deadline for application submissions.
- February 3–21, 2025: Nomination evaluation by the jury.
- March 13, 2025: Award ceremony.
Awards:
Winners will earn the right to use the official Green Award logo on promotional materials for one year following the ceremony. This logo, a symbol of excellence in sustainability, can be featured on websites, annual reports, and other marketing materials.
