Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popsoi met with James O’Brien, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations through the Strategic Partnership.
They addressed preliminary actions for the upcoming Strategic Dialogue between the Republic of Moldova and the United States and explored plans to open consulates in Chicago and Sacramento.
Mihai Popsoi expressed gratitude for U.S. assistance, particularly for supporting Moldova’s energy resilience and projects to integrate with the European energy system.
