The broadcast of TV channel Moldova 1 on the left bank of the Dniester plays a key role in diversifying media sources available to residents in the region. Government spokesperson Daniel Voda made this statement after reports surfaced that Moldova 1 is now airing on the left bank of the Dniester.
“We will continue working to ensure that all citizens of the Republic of Moldova have access to objective, public-interest information, including updates such as the EU’s delivery of humanitarian aid to the region,” said Daniel Voda.
On Tuesday, MP Roman Rosca shared a message and a photo on social media, announcing that Moldova 1 has begun broadcasting in Bender/Tighina via local cable.
