Castel Mimi will host the sixth edition of Rosé Day on June 7, launching the summer with Moldova’s biggest rosé-themed outdoor party. This year’s event, inspired by Hollywood and titled “Cinema Star,” invites families and friends to enjoy a vibrant picnic on the green lawn, with sports games, gourmet dishes prepared live in the Open Air Kitchen, and an atmosphere full of cinematic flair.
Organizers will roll out a pink carpet for all attendees, echoing the glamour of film galas, while photographers capture each moment. Guests will enjoy screenings of famous short films and animations while sipping unlimited Rara Neagra Rosé—an award-winning wine celebrated at international competitions.

First-time visitors to Moldova’s only wine castle will join guided tours through the historic cellars once owned by Constantin Mimi, the last governor of Bessarabia.
Live music will energize the day and evening, with Nikorasong Band and SunStroke Project performing retro and international hits on the main stage.
Organizers encourage guests to follow the relaxed dress code, leave uncomfortable shoes and cars at home, and hop on the Wine Train, which takes partygoers directly to the castle for the most iconic Rosé Day yet.
