Mihai Popsoi, the Moldovan Minister of Foreign Affairs, will pay a working visit to Israel from May 27 to 29. He will meet with his Israeli counterpart, Gideon Sa’ar.
“We will discuss strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation, restarting the activity of the Moldovan-Israeli Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation, and expanding the legal framework between our two countries,” stated Popsoi.
He also announced meetings with Israeli Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice Yariv Levin, and the President of the Israeli Knesset, Amir Ohana.

Popsoi will attend the Ministerial Conference on Combating Antisemitism, a high-level event that brings together officials and international experts dedicated to fighting antisemitism worldwide. He will conclude his visit by meeting with representatives of the Moldovan community in Israel.
