Starting today, June 17, the Moldovan Post Office has suspended the reception of all international mail items, letters, parcels, and EMS destined for Israel.
In an official announcement, the institution stated:
“Dear Customers, starting June 17, 2025, we are suspending the reception of all international postal items (letters, parcels, EMS) destined for Israel due to the cessation of air traffic and other transport services to this destination. We will share updates about the resumption of services on our official websites. Thank you for your understanding!”
This measure follows the worsening situation in Israel.

In response, the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Tel Aviv temporarily suspended its regular consular services. The embassy will continue to provide emergency assistance, travel documents, and support in exceptional cases only.
