More than 1,300 pupils across Moldova will participate in the government-organized “European Excursions” program. The initiative aims to introduce children from Moldova’s districts to the capital, where they engage in educational and cultural activities and explore the country’s main state institutions.
The first group arrived in Chisinau on June 24. They visited the National Museum of History, the Parliament, and the Presidency, followed by a film screening at the cinema.
According to government representatives, the program ensures organized transportation from students’ hometowns, with buses marked as the “European Excursion.” Once in Chisinau, program guides accompany the students throughout the day. The government covers all logistical expenses, including meals and supplies.
