Starting July 14, 2025, and continuing until the Constitutional Court confirms the election results, media service providers, broadcasters, and advertisers will be allowed to air only public interest messages approved by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC).
According to the CEC, all such messages must comply with the provisions outlined in the Regulation on the Provision, Distribution, and Broadcasting of Political Advertising, Electoral Advertisements, and Public Interest Messages.
In parallel, the Regulation on the Organization and Conduct of Opinion Polls and Exit Polls during the Electoral Period stipulates that only legal entities or relevant public associations registered in Moldova and authorized by the CEC may carry out opinion polls or exit polls during the electoral period.

To obtain authorization, interested entities must submit a formal request to the CEC along with the full set of documents specified in the Regulation.
The deadline for requesting authorization to conduct opinion polls during the electoral period is September 18, 2025, inclusive.
