Fugitive politician Ilan Shor appeared in a video conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, reporting on his company’s dealings with the controversial PSB bank. Authorities in Chisinau say the Kremlin uses this bank to finance electoral interference in Moldova.
During the conference, Shor and a PSB representative discussed plans to expand services in Asia, while Shor also detailed his company’s transactions with the bank. “Over 10 months, we completed more than 7.5 trillion operations. Currently, we handle 1,500–2,000 operations daily. In 2025, we plan to pay 20 billion rubles in new taxes,” he said.
According to Telegram channels linked to Shor, the video conference also focused on strengthening Russian infrastructure in the Far East.
