Igor Dodon, leader of the Patriotic Bloc, announced on the Rezoomat show on RLIVE TV that his party does not currently recognize the results of the September 28 parliamentary elections.

“We still do not recognize these elections. We submitted between 45 and 48 complaints to the Central Electoral Commission, 10 of which remain unexamined. These relate to election day, September 28. If the CEC rejects them, we will move forward to the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Justice, and ultimately to the Constitutional Court,” Dodon stated.

He stressed that the Patriotic Bloc will exhaust “the entire legal process” in challenging the outcome. “At this stage, we do not recognize the legitimacy of these elections,” he added.
