Moldovan Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi will participate in the Sir Bani Yas Forum 2025 from December 12–14 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, at the invitation of UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Sir Bani Yas Forum stands as one of the most important international platforms for strategic dialogue, held annually in the UAE. It brings together ministers, senior officials, and leaders of global institutions to discuss key international issues. During the forum, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Popsoi will hold a bilateral meeting with UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
On August 4, Popsoi and his Emirati counterpart signed the Agreement abolishing the visa regime, while the Memorandum on mutual recognition and conversion of driving licenses is now in its final stage before signing.
The program also includes meetings with other officials from partner states of the Republic of Moldova to further promote the country’s interests.
