A Shahed drone entered illegally into the airspace of the Republic of Moldova this morning, the National Army of Moldova announced.
At 09:05, the Air Operations Service received a notification from Ukrainian anti-aircraft structures that the aircraft had entered Moldovan airspace over the Transnistrian segment, coming from the town of Podolsk, Odesa region.
The drone headed toward Cobasna and left national territory at 09:13, continuing north toward the Odesa region. It flew at an altitude of up to 500 meters.
The National Army stated that it continues to monitor the airspace and is cooperating with national authorities and specialists from neighboring countries.
Authorities also noted that another drone crossed Moldovan airspace on Monday evening, prompting temporary flight restrictions until it disappeared from radar.
