Realitatea TV has been included in the “Must Carry” list following a decision adopted on April 1 by the Audiovisual Council of Moldova. The channel will occupy position number 8.
The decision will enter into force once it is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
Notably, this marks the fourth consecutive year that Realitatea TV has been included in the “Must Carry” list, having been part of it continuously since 2023.
Currently, Realitatea TV stands out as the generalist television channel with the highest share of locally produced content—93%. More than 70% of this content is produced in-house, while 72% is broadcast for the first time. Romanian-language productions account for 88% of its programming.
The channel broadcasts over 30 informational, educational, and entertainment programs.
