Six out of ten graduates of dual education find employment immediately after completing their studies, according to recent data, confirming the effectiveness of this model in integrating young people into the labor market.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research, dual education ranks among the most efficient forms of technical vocational training because it emphasizes practical experience and direct collaboration with the business sector. Students gain real work experience in companies during their studies and develop skills that match current employer demands.

Another advantage of this system is that students receive payment for their practical work, which increases their motivation and engagement in the training process.

The structure of training varies depending on the institution. Vocational schools allocate about 70% of training time to practical work in companies and 30% to theoretical instruction, while colleges and centers of excellence divide training equally between practice and theory.

Authorities emphasize that partnerships between educational institutions and companies help train professionals who are ready for immediate employment and support a smooth transition from studies to stable jobs.
