The death toll in Dnipro, Ukraine, rises to nine following last night’s Russian attacks. Among those killed are a child born in 2023 and a rescue worker.

A total of 37 people sustain injuries, including four children aged between 6 and 16. Three minors remain hospitalized in moderate condition, while one continues treatment at home.

The strikes partially destroy residential apartment buildings, garages, a fire station, and other civilian infrastructure. Emergency crews continue search-and-rescue operations in one of the damaged four-story apartment buildings as they look for possible survivors.

According to Ukrainian media reports, Russian forces launch 659 drones and 73 missiles overnight against targets in Ukraine. Several cities come under heavy attack, including Kyiv, as well as the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.

In Kyiv, four people die and around 60 people suffer injuries. About 40 injured individuals, including children, require hospitalization.

In Kharkiv, authorities report 14 injured victims, including a child.
