Moldova will promote its wine industry at an international exhibition in Japan, presenting its products under the national brand Wine of Moldova at Tokyo Big Sight from June 24 to 26.

The country will participate with a dedicated Wine of Moldova stand in the South Hall of the exhibition venue, where visitors will have the opportunity to taste Moldovan wines and learn more about the country’s wine sector.

Promotional materials describe Moldova as “Europe’s Hidden Gem,” highlighting the country’s strong wine identity built on authenticity, tradition and a commitment to quality.

According to Wine of Moldova, the country has the largest vineyard area per capita in the world and ranks among the top ten wine-producing countries in Europe. The sector exports wine to more than 70 countries, reflecting its growing presence on international markets.

Organizers say the exhibition will provide an opportunity to showcase the diversity and quality of Moldovan wines to Asian consumers and industry professionals.

The event will take place at Tokyo Big Sight, one of Japan’s largest exhibition and convention centers, from June 24 to June 26. Visitors will be able to find the Wine of Moldova stand in Hall 3, South Hall, Stand 16-6.
