Over the next two years, the Government plans to implement 56 reforms under the Growth Plan for Moldova. The cabinet of ministers approved the 2025–2027 reform agenda.

The Ministry of Economy announced that, in addition to reforms, the document outlines 153 concrete measures structured around seven key pillars designed to accelerate Moldova’s EU accession, boost competitiveness, and improve citizens’ quality of life.

“The Growth Plan will help us realize our vision for a competitive economic model based on higher added value, productivity, technology, and innovation. By efficiently absorbing the investment resources provided, Moldova will double its economy over the next 10 years,” said Minister Doina Nistor.
