New fakes created to intimidate representatives of the Moldovan diaspora have appeared on the Web. This was reported by Prima Sursa.
According to the source, Moldovans in the diaspora are NOT obliged to pay for health insurance when they return home and cross the border.
Also, diaspora members who do not have the status of resident (i.e. who are in Moldova for less than 183 days during one year) are NOT obliged to buy an insurance policy.
Moldovan residents have less than a week to buy a medical policy with a discount. More information about the cost can be found here.
