Citizens of Ukraine will no longer be able to stay in Moldova for more than 90 days without a residence permit

Citizens of Ukraine will no longer be able to stay in Moldova for more than 90 days without a residence permit. The Commission for Emergency Situations canceled previous provisions under which they enjoyed certain benefits.

This measure will take effect on May 15. The term of stay of Ukrainians in our country will be calculated from this day, without taking into account the time already spent on the territory of Moldova.

When applying for a residence permit, there are also some innovations. The document will not be available without presenting a certificate of no criminal record.
