Between February 23 and 25, a delegation from the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania is visiting the Republic of Moldova. Remigijus Motuzas, Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, leads the delegation.
The Lithuanian parliamentarians will meet President Maia Sandu and Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu. They will also hold talks with Vice President of Parliament and Chair of the Foreign Policy Committee Doina Gherman, Chair of the Friendship Group with the Republic of Lithuania Ion Babici and its members, as well as State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Carolina Pereebinos.
The agenda includes discussions on strengthening parliamentary cooperation, advancing the European path of the Republic of Moldova, and expanding the bilateral partnership in various fields.
