The Parliament of Moldova ratified the Financing Agreement with the European Commission for the EU for Sustainability and Governance program, signed on 11 May 2023.
The agreement provides for a grant of 40 million euros from the European Commission to strengthen the resilience of the state and society, socio-economic recovery with a special focus on good governance, stability, and peace, as well as the provision of all opportunities for inclusion.
The agreement is part of the European Union’s Annual Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova for 2022, with an implementation period of 2023-2026.
