Designated Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu continued his consultations for forming the new government program. Today, he met with representatives of trade union confederations to discuss workers’ rights, protection, reducing undeclared work, and attracting young people to the labor market.
Munteanu stated that the Government will improve workplace safety and health, increase minimum and average wages in line with labor productivity, and invest in professional training to ensure the workforce meets the needs of a modern economy.
“We will continue collaborating with the unions to develop public policies that support employees and raise citizens’ living standards within a fair and sustainable framework,” said Munteanu.
Later, the designated Prime Minister met with civil society representatives to explore ways the new Government can foster transparent, inclusive governance through open dialogue.
