The agreement was signed by the Minister of Infrastructure of Moldova, Lilia Dabizha, and the US Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, Richard Verma.
“The signing of the agreement is an eloquent example of productive cooperation between the United States and Moldova based on shared values. This agreement is of great economic, social, and strategic importance and will further strengthen bilateral cooperation,” said Liliana Dabizha at the signing ceremony.
Richard Verma noted the importance of the agreement between the countries.
