Prime Minister Dorin Recean will visit Brussels on June 3–4 to attend the ninth meeting of the Moldova–European Union Association Council.
Today, the Prime Minister participated in a public debate in Brussels focused on Moldova’s progress in implementing reforms and advancing its path toward European integration. The event gathered EU officials and international partners to assess how European financial support can boost Moldova’s economic development.
Recean emphasized that the €1.9 billion Growth Plan, a key EU support package ever offered to Moldova, represents a vote of confidence in the country’s future. “This plan clearly shows the European Union’s trust in the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and in the direction we have taken,” he stated. “It’s a real opportunity to attract investment and ensure European living conditions: well-paid jobs, modern roads, kindergartens, schools, and hospitals.”
