Renato Usatîi, the leader of Our Party, held several meetings today with representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Moldova.
In the morning, the President of Our Party met with Daniela DiPierro, the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires in Moldova. According to an official statement from the embassy, the discussions focused particularly on the upcoming parliamentary elections, as well as other topics of mutual interest.
“Political participation, freedom of expression, and freedom of peaceful assembly are core values shared by the United States and Moldova,” reads the U.S. Embassy’s press release following the meeting held at the central headquarters of Our Party.
Also today, Renato Usatîi met with Yesim Oruc Kaya, the UN Resident Coordinator in the Republic of Moldova.
Another visit was that of His Excellency Yan Wenbin, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Moldova.
