Romania supports our country’s efforts to implement the reforms needed to move forward on the European path and will be there whenever necessary. It is what Romania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luminitsa Odobescu, said during her meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popsoi.

We received this assurance from the Romanian Foreign Minister, Luminitsa Odobescu, during a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova”, Mihai Popsoi said.
The Deputy Prime Minister also mentioned that he and his Romanian counterpart agreed to work closely together soon.

“Together with Minister Odobescu, we agreed to work closely in the coming period as well, especially on joint projects aimed at increasing resilience and promoting sustainable development of the Republic of Moldova,” he added.
Today, September 17, our country hosted the fifth edition of the Partnership Platform for Moldova, initiated by Romania, Germany, and France. The event was held under the patronage of Prime Minister Dorin Recean and gathered over 65 delegates – ministers, deputy ministers, state secretaries of foreign ministries of the partner states, representatives of the diplomatic corps, and international organizations.
