The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, sent a congratulatory message to Péter Magyar, leader of the Tisa Party, following his victory in Hungary’s parliamentary elections.

The head of state emphasized Chisinau’s readiness to strengthen bilateral relations and highlighted the importance of cooperation on the European path.

“Congratulations to Péter Magyar and the Tisa party on this clear victory. Moldova looks forward to accelerating our partnership with Hungary—building on the friendship that unites our peoples—and to working together for a stronger, more united, and more resilient Europe,” Maia Sandu wrote on the X platform.
