Mihai Popsoi had a phone conversation with Andrii Sybiha, the new Ukrainian Foreign Minister

On September 6, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and Deputy Prime Minister, Mihai Popsoi, had a phone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart, Andrii Sybiha. During this call, Mihai Popsoi congratulated him on his appointment to the new position.
