The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) welcomes the resolution “Strengthening Moldova’s resilience against Russian interference ahead of the presidential elections and the constitutional referendum on EU integration,” adopted on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, by a large majority by the European Parliament.
The resolution highlights the European Union’s strong commitment to supporting the Republic of Moldova on its path toward European integration. The document also condemns Russia’s attempts to destabilize the Republic of Moldova through propaganda and hybrid tactics as our country prepares for the upcoming referendum on EU accession.
