A new direct air route now connects Chisinau with Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Airlines will operate two weekly flights—on Tuesdays and Saturdays—ensuring regular connections between the Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of Denmark.
Officials hosted the inauguration at Chisinau International Airport, where Soren Jensen, the Danish Ambassador to Moldova, delivered a statement. “I believe it’s wonderful that we now have a direct flight between our countries. It marks a key step in deepening our ties, particularly in the fields of economy, culture, and tourism,” the ambassador said.
