Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popsoi is on a working visit to the United States from March 29 to April 6. New Moldovan Consulates Open in the U.S.
As part of the expansion of Moldova’s diplomatic presence, two new Consulates General will be in:
- Sacramento, California – A key location for the Moldovan diaspora on the West Coast.
- Chicago, Illinois – Providing services to Moldovans in the Midwest.
These consulates will facilitate:

✅ Strengthened business and trade relations between Moldova and the U.S.

Strengthening Moldova-U.S. Relations
