On May 9, Europe Day, the Danish stand in central Chisinau stood out for its dynamic and forward-looking approach. Focused on education, mobility, and international cooperation, the Embassy of Denmark, alongside airline partner FLYONE, announced the launch of a new direct flight between Chisinau and Copenhagen.
Set to begin on June 17, the route will ease travel between Moldova and Denmark, providing a faster connection for tourists, members of the diaspora, and business professionals operating in the Nordic region.
The Danish Ambassador to Moldova, Soren Jensen, highlighted the significance of this new route. He noted that direct flights help bring people closer together, whether for business, tourism, or reuniting with family. He expressed confidence that the flight would be welcomed by Moldovans living and working in Denmark, as well as by Danes interested in visiting Moldova.
