The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) announced that political parties must submit their financial management reports for the second semester of 2024 by January 15.
The CEC requires parties to submit the report electronically through the Financial Control SSI. Parties receiving state budget allocations must also send the report to the Court of Accounts.
The party leader and treasurer must sign the report, taking responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted data and the consequences of failing to submit it. If an interim leader signs the report, they must confirm the Public Service Agency.
