Moldovan citizens residing in the Kingdom of the Netherlands are invited to a meeting with Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu on 5 June, at 18:30, at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in The Hague.
The event coincides with the inauguration of the Honorary Consulate of Moldova in Heiloo, which Speaker Grosu will attend earlier in the day.
“I invite you to an open discussion. I look forward to seeing you,” said Grosu in a public message to the Moldovan diaspora.

Also attending the meeting will be Deputy Eugeniu Sinchevici, President of the Moldova–Netherlands Parliamentary Friendship Group.
During his visit, Speaker Grosu is scheduled to meet Marcin Czepelak, Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, to discuss issues of mutual interest.
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of the Netherlands were established on 10 July 1992. Since then, the two countries have signed 20 bilateral treaties and agreements, covering areas such as investment protection, road transport, readmission, and the avoidance of double taxation.
