Political parties must submit information about their leadership and executive bodies to the Public Services Agency (PSA) by Monday, July 14, to participate in the upcoming elections, IPN reports.
According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), parties need to submit both the numerical and nominal lists of their presidents, vice presidents, and members of their central executive bodies to the PSA for registration.
Parties covered by the Law on the Declaration of Wealth and Personal Interests must update their statutes, programs, and member lists, and follow the procedures outlined in their statutes. They must submit any changes to the PSA within 15 days of adoption.

Party central executive bodies must maintain an up-to-date register of party members and are responsible for the accuracy and timely submission of all recorded data. They must present these registers to both the CEC and PSA in the formats and within the deadlines set by the two institutions.
The PSA publishes information on the registration, deregistration, and statutory amendments of political parties in the Official Gazette and its official website.
During the review of party registration applications, the CEC will rely on official information provided or published by the PSA. The PSA will also send the CEC a list of political parties eligible to participate in the election.
The electoral period for the September 28 parliamentary elections officially begins on July 14.
