President Maia Sandu will visit Bratislava on Thursday, March 26, at the invitation of her Slovak counterpart, Peter Pellegrini. The discussions will focus on strengthening bilateral relations across multiple sectors and supporting Moldova’s efforts to join the European Union.
During the visit, the two leaders will attend the signing of a bilateral agreement in the field of social protection and hold a joint press conference. Afterwards, President Sandu will meet with the President of the National Council, Richard Raši, and participate in a business forum to explore opportunities for expanding economic ties between Bratislava and Chisinau.
In the margins of the event, cooperation agreements are also expected to be concluded between the investment agencies and chambers of commerce of both countries.
