President Maia Sandu leaves for Budapest, where the 5th European Political Community Summit is taking place.

President Maia Sandu will attend the fifth edition of the European Political Community (EPC) summit in Budapest, Hungary, on Thursday, November 7.

Maia Sandu will meet with European leaders, heads of state, and government to discuss Moldova’s economic development, regional peace and security, and the European integration process.

The EPC was created at the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron and is a platform for political dialog on peace and security on the continent and cooperation between EU and non-EU countries. The inaugural summit of the Community took place in Prague in October 2022, and our country hosted the second edition in June 2023.
