Moldovan President Maia Sandu has invited the parliamentary factions to consultations on the nomination of a candidate for the position of Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
The meetings will take place at the Presidential Administration on Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, according to the following schedule:
Friday, July 10
- 10:00 – Democracy at Home parliamentary faction
- 11:00 – Our Party parliamentary faction
- 13:00 – Alternativa parliamentary faction
- 14:00 – Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova parliamentary faction
- 15:00 – Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova parliamentary faction
Saturday, July 11
- 10:00 – Party of Action and Solidarity parliamentary faction
The consultations are being held in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and are intended to identify a candidate for the office of prime minister, paving the way for the formation of a new government.
