The European Union’s enlargement in Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans is an investment in peace and security for us and future generations. Prime Minister Dorin Recean made this statement at the annual Economic Forum organized by The Economist in Athens.
The prime minister invited the forum participants to visit Moldova, noting: “In Moldova, we are strengthening democratic institutions, ensuring peace and security, creating opportunities for the development of citizens and investors. Moldova is building Europe at home. We have a clear and defined national development plan. It will transform Moldova into a prosperous European state for every citizen.”
In Athens, Prime Minister Dorin Recean will also engage in talks with representatives from the business community.
