After Oleg Serebrian is appointed Moldova’s Ambassador to Turkey, the PAS deputy Roman Rosca will take over as Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration. Prime Minister Maia Sandu proposed the appointment, citing Rosca’s leadership of the Special Parliamentary Committee on Reintegration Policies during his parliamentary term.
Prime Minister Dorin Recean thanked Serebrian for his contributions, noting their joint efforts to maintain peace and promote practical solutions to the Transnistrian conflict. “I thank Mr. Oleg Serebrian for his work as Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration. Together, we ensured peace and security in the region and promoted practical approaches to resolving the Transnistrian conflict,” Recean stated.
Recean also expressed confidence in Serebrian’s new diplomatic mission, saying he would continue to represent Moldova’s interests “with the same competence and devotion” as Ambassador to Turkey.
