Six New Economic Clusters Along the Dniester River Receive $1.3 Million in Support

Six newly established economic clusters along the Dniester River will receive $1.3 million in financial support to accelerate their growth and strengthen economic cooperation between communities on both banks. Sweden and the United Kingdom are providing the funding through the UNDP’s AdTrade project (Advanced Cross-River Capacities for Trade).

Each cluster will receive up to $275,000 in non-reimbursable assistance, including equipment, services, and goods.

“This support will strengthen production capacities, expand value chains, improve product quality, and boost competitiveness in both local and international markets. It also includes mentoring and training sessions for cluster members focused on process optimization, innovation, and job creation, stated the UNDP.
