Authorities in the Republic of Moldova have blocked the Telegram channels of Ilan Shor and Marina Tauber. Users attempting to access them now see a notice stating that the channels “violate local law.”
Eugenia Gutsul’s channel is no longer accessible, along with several others linked to Ilan Shor, his associates, the parties he controls from behind the scenes, and TV stations affiliated with him. Earlier, META also restricted access to Facebook pages for several activists of the former mayor of Orhei.

As a reminder, in June, META closed Facebook accounts belonging to Ilan Shor, Eugenia Gutsul, and Marina Tauber. The social media giant violated the company’s regulations on “dangerous organizations and individuals.”
Recently, representatives of the National Police announced that representatives of Shor had allegedly prepared to bribe voters to vote “NO” in the referendum on EU membership, with payments ranging from 900 to 1800 lei.
