Agricultural education and research institutions can receive funding from the European Union under the “Livada Moldovei”/”Moldova’s Garden” project of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry. The European Investment Bank offers 6 million euros for projects to improve infrastructure, laboratories, education, and training. The deadline for submitting applications is February 1 – March 1, 2024.
Interested institutions can submit documents to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry together with a letter of request and investment concept, which includes information about the institution, description of courses, specialties, number of students, goal, objectives, target group, problems, solution proposals, expected results, expected impact, examples from other countries, current situation, own contribution and details of the requested investment areas.
