Romanian Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan will pay an official visit to the Republic of Moldova on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
Government spokesperson Daniel Voda confirmed the information at the conclusion of the cabinet meeting held on August 20.
The visit will take place in the context of the close relationship between Moldova and Romania and will include official meetings and discussions on bilateral cooperation.

Ilie Bolojan has never visited Chisinau in his capacity as Prime Minister of Romania. His last visit to Moldova took place on March 1, when he was serving as interim President of Romania
